When will my order arrive?

United States: 5–8 business days. United Kingdom: 7–12 business days. These totals include 1–2 days (UK 1–3 days) to prepare your order and the carrier's transit time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time or on a weekend start the next business day. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is delivery? Will I pay anything on arrival?

Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum. Nothing is charged on delivery: in the US, sales tax (where it applies) is shown at checkout and import duties are covered by us; in the UK, prices include VAT and all duties.

Where does it ship from?

Our pieces are made by manufacturing partners, mostly in China and for a few pieces in India or Vietnam (each product page says where). They are shipped by our fulfilment partner. US orders go through our partner's processing centre in Traverse City, Michigan, then a US carrier. UK orders travel on a tracked international service.

How is it installed?

The specifications above say whether this light is hardwired or plugs into a socket. Hardwired lights must be installed by a qualified electrician, following your local electrical rules.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Email info@kioskedition.com with your order number first and we reply within 1 business day with the instructions. If you change your mind, the return postage is paid by you; if the item is damaged, faulty or wrong, the return is free. Refund within 14 days of receiving the return, no restocking fee. What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. Please keep the packaging until the claim is closed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it ships. Email us as soon as possible and we cancel it with a full refund, or change the address for free.

Which payment methods do you accept?
