2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed by consumers on {{DOMAIN}} for delivery in the United Kingdom.
3. Placing an order
You choose your products, add them to your basket, enter your details and pay at checkout. You receive an order confirmation email; the contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), include UK VAT, and are the same on the product page, basket and checkout. Delivery to the UK is free. Payment is taken when you place your order, by card or the other methods shown at checkout (see our Payment Policy).
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days (1–3 days processing + 6–12 days transit), tracked, free of charge. Details in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
6. Right to cancel
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; we extend this to 30 days. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by you. Full details and the cancellation form are in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Form.
7. Legal guarantees
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. You have up to 6 years (5 in Scotland) to make a claim for faulty goods.
8. Complaints

9. Governing law
